Christmas in Chaojhou

We, once again, celebrated Christmas in Taiwan. Here are some pictures of the wonderful season -

Kara and Joanna

Sarah and Joanna

Hannah, the little Elf

Our cute principal came and delivered gifts to all of us!

Our very decorated church

Sarah and Kara making cookies

Joanna used her "God -    given spoons" to mix the gingerbread!

Aren't they CUTE!?!?!

Sarah and I made the peanut butter-chocolate cookies- it's tradition at the Johnson house!

Here we are Christmas night, after a day of teaching... We are eating amazing snacks and ready to open gifts!

Thanks to Charity Sanders and her awesome skills for these beautiful pictures! She took us up to a park on a mountain and started shooting. We are so happy you were able to do this for us, girl!

I took part in a 5K run at a local track. My friend, Charity, talked me into it, really! It was a lot of fun! The weather was perfect- it had just stopped raining and it felt nice.

Here we are AFTER the run.  Hard core runners, I tell ya!

We got to meet up with a few "old" friends- Emily and James. Both friends I met in Kinmen when I lived there 3 1/2 years ago. We had a good chat over dinner.
Thanks for your friendship!
